Outlook 2003, 2002/XP Configuration

Open Outlook and go to the TOOLS menu. Select E-MAIL ACCOUNTS, you will see:



Select ADD A NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNT, click Next

Select POP3, then click Next

Most of your information is entered on this screen. Under the YOUR NAME field, enter your full name as you would like it to appear on messages that you send out.

Under the E-MAIL ADDRESS field, enter your full e-mail address.

Under the INCOMING MAIL SERVER field enter "mailserver.lhhosting.com."

Press the "More Settings" button and under the "Outgoing Servers" tab check the box for SMTP authentication.

Under the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER field enter your ISP’s outgoing mail server if your ISP prohibits you from using the LightHouse outgoing mail server.. Your SMTP host is generally "smtp." Followed by the domain name of your ISP (ex. smtp.myisp.com). If you are permitted to use the LightHouse outgoing mail server then enter mailserver.lhhosting.com for your outgoing mail server.

Under the USER NAME field enter your FULL e-mail address (ex. john@example.com). Now click Next, and you will see:
